Finding a Divorce or Family Law Attorney

Finding a divorce or a family law attorney can be difficult. Referrals are always good, at least from people you know well and trust, but meeting with a potential family law attorney before you hire him/her is always a good idea. Whatever type of family law situation you’re going through, you are going to have discuss personal issues with your attorney. So you want to make sure that you hire someone you can talk to and someone that you feel you can trust to have your back. Someone that you can ask questions of. Someone who may intimidate the other side but does not intimidate you.

Clients always think they want the aggressive attorney. Beware! Being known as an aggressive or bull-dog attorney can all be very well, except when it’s your attorney acting that way towards you!
