National Conference on Correctional Health Care

Carol Dillon and Jeb Crandall will be co-presenting at this year's National Conference on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC), which will be held in Nashville, Tennessee from October 26-30, 2013. Carol and Jeb will provide tips for correctional healthcare providers to reduce their risk of prisoner litigation and understand the litigation process. Topics of discussion will also include the most prevalent medical issues facing correctional providers, along with every-day practical actions that can be implemented to keep the risk of correctional litigation to a minimum.

Bleeke, Crandall and Moore to Attend DRI Nursing Home Seminar

Jeb Crandall, Richard Moore and Jim Bleeke will be attending DRI's Nursing Home ALF Litigation Seminar in Scottsdale, Arizona on September 18-20, 2013. This seminar brings together lawyers and clients from around the country who focus significant portions of their time on nursing home litigation.

Jim Bleeke and Richard Moore have been speakers at this seminar in the past; and Richard Moore has been program chair and currently is serving as the liaison for panel counsel meetings. The seminar will be held at the beautiful Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona where opportunities for golf and socializing abound. Jim, Richard and Jeb are looking forward to an opportunity to catch up with many of our clients, and meet new lawyers and clients involved in extended care issues.
